Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Methods

We offer various shipping methods, including standard, expedited, and express shipping. The available shipping options and delivery times will be displayed at checkout.

2. Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated based on the shipping method selected, the weight of the items, and the destination address. Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout

3. Order Processing Orders

are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is received. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

4. My package says delivered, but I didn’t receive it.

Please contact your local USPS/FedEx for further information regarding your package. If you still have not received your package after 3 business days from the date of delivery, please contact USPS/FedEx to report a lost package file an online claim, and obtain a case number. From there, they will launch an investigation to locate your package and will get back to you in 2-3 business days. In the meantime, make sure to email us at support@ellabeautytx.com with your order number and keep us updated with the investigation status. ELLA BEAUTY is not responsible for packages after it has been shipped out of our fulfillment center and accepted by our shipping carriers (USPS/FedEx). We will try our best to assist you in getting your products. 

5. Outside US or International Shipping

Unfortunately, due to manufacturers’ regulations, we are not allowed to sell/ship out of the USA.
