Due to health and safety concerns, there are NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES! ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
2. Damaged or Defective Item
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team immediately at support@ellabeautytx.com within 3 business days of the package delivery date with your order number and order issues. Please provide a photo of the packing slip along with a photo of all the items received and any additional photos of the order issues.
